Terms of Auction Sale

• All items sold AS-IS, WHERE IS with no guarantee of any kind.
• Bidders are urged to inspect items before bidding.
• All items must be paid for the day of the auction.
• All items must be removed within 2 days after auction.
• Any unclaimed items left longer than 30 days will be considered abandoned.
• We reserve the right to refuse any bids and remove any item for sale.
• In the event of a dispute the auctioneer will have the final discretion to determine the successful bidder, cancel the bid or to resell the item.
• After an item is sold, it becomes the property of the bidder.
• No items may be removed until paid for.
• If a dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive.
